We believe in making things simple for the fundraising community and our customers,
life is already pretty hectic and the majority of people raising money are usually already volunteering their time, so additional work is not exactly something they are looking for. We support you through every step of your fundraiser. Our paperless ordering system also helps to keep your life a little less cluttered, and a few less trees from being harvested for paper. Here are a few ways we keep it simple.....

5 minutes to a successful earth friendly fundraiser!

The only thing you to need to do to start your successful Earth Friendly Fundraiser is to complete the Request A Campaign Form here online. Alternately we can complete it over the phone with you. Once the form is complete you can start getting the word out about your fundraiser. You definitely want to create a BUZZ about your Green Fundraiser!

Here are a few simple steps on how to make your Fundraising incredibly successful.

Step 1 - Decide on what kind of products interest you and your community.

We recommend selecting a few items within in a category or a predesigned package; alternately you can choose a complete category. We're happy to help you make your selection. Think of what kind of price point will work within your community.

Step 2 - Select a start and end date for your campaign.

The most successful campaigns run for about 3 to 4 weeks. It may take a few days to build up the buzz about what you are doing, and then by letting people know there is a limited time to place their orders it encourages your participants to place their orders.

Step 3 - Complete your Request a Campaign Form. (This will take about 5 minutes.)

You can include a picture or logo of your group to make it easily recognizable by your participants.

Step 4 - Promote, promote, promote!

Put your posters up, make announcements, have a link within your website and distribute your fundraising information far and wide through e-mail blasts and in hard copy if you generally communicate with your community in that way.

Step 5 - Promote some more!

A successful fundraiser is one that people know about, if they don't know, they can't participate.

Step 6 - Receive your order and your 20% cheque for your sales!

This is the one time that your parent volunteers or "Green Team" are needed. Your order will arrive all at the same time to facilitate distribution even if you are getting a few different things. Included with your order are recyclable bags for your participant's individual orders as well as labels with all of their order information. You will receive an easy to follow distribution instruction sheet in the Open Me First Envelope with your package.

Step 7 - Pick, pack and deliver your orders!

That is all there is to it, delivery day you and your volunteers bag the orders and distribute them to your participants. We support you in every step of the process.
